Shop Volunteers

The Friends Hospital shop is open 7 days a week providing a vital service for patients, relatives and staff. The shop has many volunteers giving hours of their time. Volunteers help for a 3 hour shift with other volunteers so it is a great way to meet new people. The shop is a busy and friendly environment and patients really appreciate being able to buy a paper or shampoo while they are in hospital. The shop also raises a great deal of money that goes towards paying for patient equipment and amenities.
