Discharge Lounge Volunteers

This is a new team and we do not have any volunteers yet, so if it takes your fancy please let us know. Patients often get taken to the discharge lounge before they go home. They can be waiting many hours in the waiting room for a lift or a prescription or to be taken back to a care home. Volutneers are needed for a few hours to serve drinks and chat to patients, even play a game a scrabble with them to make the wait a little less stressful.
